Oak Creek Power Plant and Racine Harbor

Fished both the Oak Creek Power Plant and Racine Harbor today.  No luck.  Got rained on too!  And I had to stay up late since the Cubs' and Giants' third playoff game ran 13 innings.  Cubs lost  :(
